For appliance repair

Bookings, job sheets and agent portals for appliance repair firms.

Appliance repair runs on three things that usually live in three places: the phone that rings while every engineer is on a job, the details somebody retypes from a WhatsApp message, and the letting agent who wants to know whether the tenant's washing machine is fixed yet. We build the system that holds all three — and we have built it before, for Repario in London.

Appliance repair across London. Customers book online, letting agents raise and track jobs from their own portal, and every party is told as a job moves.

Sound familiar?

What usually goes wrong

The phone rings while you're under a dishwasher

Every missed call is a job that goes to whoever answered next. A booking form that captures the appliance, the brand, the fault and the postcode takes the enquiry for you, at any hour, with the details already written down.

Details get retyped, and some of them get lost

Model numbers from a photo, a postcode from a text, a fault description from a voicemail. When the booking goes straight onto the engineer's job sheet, nobody copies anything and nothing arrives wrong at the door.

Agents and landlords keep ringing for updates

Letting agents and property managers send steady work and want to see where it stands. A partner portal lets them raise jobs for their tenants and check status themselves, instead of ringing your office to ask.

Parts on order, and the customer never hears

The job waits on a part and the customer assumes you've forgotten them. Automatic updates at each step — booked, part ordered, visit confirmed, done — stop the chasing calls before they start.

What we build

The pieces

Take the one that hurts most first. Most clients do, and add the rest once it's working.

Online booking

Appliance, brand, model, fault, postcode and preferred date, captured in one form that checks you cover the area before anybody commits.

Engineer job sheets

The day's visits on a phone, with the customer's details, notes, photographs of the fault and the fix, and a signature at the end.

Partner portal for agents

Accounts for letting agents, landlords and property managers to raise jobs for their tenants and track every one they have open.

Customer updates

Email and text at each stage, so the customer, the agent and your office all see the same status without a phone call.

Invoices and warranty records

Invoices that go out when the job closes rather than at the end of the month, and a record of every repair against the appliance for warranty and insurer work.

A site that brings the work in

Service pages for each appliance and each area you cover, written to be found by the people searching for them.

Questions

The things people ask

Do we have to stop using the system we already have?

No. We can build around what works — an existing booking tool, your accounts package, a spreadsheet the office relies on — and replace only the part that's causing the problem.

Can letting agents book on behalf of their tenants?

Yes. That is exactly what the Repario partner portal does: agents sign in, raise a job for a tenant's property and follow it through to the visit.

Do I have to get on a call to find out what it costs?

No. Tell us what you need on the estimate form or by email and we send back a written scope with one fixed price on it, usually the same day. The price does not move unless the scope does.

Who owns it when it's finished?

You do — the code, the design, the domain and the hosting accounts, from the first day. If you ever want to take it to another developer, everything they need is already yours.

What happens after it goes live?

We keep looking after it. Most agencies ship and disappear; we maintain what we build, fix what breaks and add what you need next, on a support plan or as separate pieces of work.

Tell us what’s slowing you down

Two minutes on the form, no call needed. A written scope and one fixed price come back by email, and we reply within 24 hours.
