Cost and timelines
How much does it cost to build a web app?
It depends on what you need. Answer six questions at /estimate and we send back a written scope with one fixed price, usually the same day.
What is the smallest project you take on?
A single landing page: one page, your branding and a working form. It is a good way to see how we work before starting something bigger.
Do you charge a fixed price or by the hour?
Fixed price for projects, agreed in writing, and it only changes if the scope does. Ongoing work can be a monthly retainer.
How do we pay you?
By card, through Stripe. You keep your card protections, including a dispute with your own bank, and the invoice always matches the agreed scope.
Do I have to get on a call to find out what it costs?
No. Fill in /estimate and a written scope with a fixed price comes back by email, usually the same day. Nothing to book.
Working with us from another country
How quickly do you reply?
Within 24 hours on business days, and usually the same day. Every form goes straight to a person.
Do you work with clients outside Thailand?
Yes, most of our clients are abroad. We have live platforms in the UK and the US, both linked from our portfolio.
How does the time difference work?
Bangkok is UTC+7. For US clients we work while you sleep, so feedback sent in the evening is answered by morning. Europe and the UK get a few shared hours each day.
What language do you work in?
English, for everything. We can build Thai-language products if you need them.
Can we meet in person?
You are welcome at our Bangkok office. Most clients work with us fully remotely, by video call and a live link to the work.
How projects run
Do I own the code?
Yes. The code, designs, repository and hosting are in your name from day one, and you can take them anywhere.
How long before I see something working?
Early. Every stage ends with a link you can open and use, so you can steer while there is still budget to change things.
Can you take over a project someone else started?
Usually. We start with a short paid audit and tell you honestly whether finishing it or rebuilding it is cheaper.
What happens if the project goes wrong?
If we underestimated, that is our cost, not yours. If you change the scope, we price the change and you decide.
After launch
What happens after the project ships?
We offer monthly support for monitoring, security updates and bug fixes, by the team that built it.
What technologies do you build with?
Mostly TypeScript: Next.js and React on the web, React Native or Swift for mobile, and Postgres behind them. Common tools, so anyone can maintain it later.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, and we are happy to sign yours.
Do you do Web3, smart contracts and NFTs?
Yes: contracts, tokens, NFT collections, marketplaces and dApps. Audits are done by an independent firm, never by us. Details at /services/web3.
Do you supply retail hardware as well as software?
In Thailand, yes: self-checkouts, electronic shelf labels, kiosks, POS and in-store audio, installed and serviced in every province. Details at /hardware.

Do you build LINE Official Accounts?
Yes: LIFF apps, chatbots, rich menus, LINE Login and LINE Pay, connected to the systems you already use. Details at /services/line-oa.
Do you build AI features?
Yes: assistants over your own data, document processing, search and automation. We will also tell you when AI is not the right answer.
