Overview
Repario repair appliances across all 32 London boroughs, for homeowners and for the letting agents and property managers who look after thousands of tenanted homes. We built the public site and the platform behind it. Customers book a repair from a form that captures the appliance, brand, postcode and preferred date. Letting agents get their own accounts, sign in to a partner portal, raise jobs on behalf of tenants and track every booking they have open. Email notifications keep all three sides — customer, agent and Repario — in step as a job moves from request to confirmed visit.
