Terms of use

The rules for using this website, the careers accounts and the partner portal, in plain words. Last updated 7 October 2026.

About these terms

This website is run by TechSolve Solution Co., Ltd. (“TechSolve”, “we”). By using it you agree to these terms. How we handle personal information is in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about us, get in touch, ask for an estimate and apply to work with us. Please do not:

  • send anything unlawful, misleading or that is not yours to send;
  • try to get into parts of the site that are not meant for you, or into other people’s accounts;
  • overload, scan or scrape the site, or interfere with how it works;
  • pretend to be somebody else, or to be acting for us.

We may block access, remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.

Projects and quotes

Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Every project runs under its own written scope and agreement, which sets out what is built, the fixed price, how payment works and who owns what. If that agreement says something different from this page, the agreement wins.

Unless the agreement says otherwise, the code, designs and repository we build for you are yours, and you can pay by card through Stripe. Examples of our work describe what we built at the time.

Accounts

You can sign in with Google or with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that email or Google account to yourself, because whoever has it can sign in as you. Tell us at info@techsolve.co.th if you think somebody else has used your account.

An account is for one person and only shows that person’s own applications, messages and partner records.

Applications

When you apply through /careers, what you send must be true and your own. Applying does not create a job, a contract or a promise of either. We read every application and reply, and we keep it as the privacy policy describes. You can withdraw it from your application page at any time.

Sales partners

The sales partner programme is an independent partnership paid on commission only. It is not employment: there is no salary, no fixed hours and no minimum. Your commission, when it is earned and how it is paid are set out in your written partner agreement, and that agreement is what counts. The figures in the partner portal are a record to help you, not a separate promise.

As a partner, do not make promises for us about prices, timings or what we will build, and do not contact people in ways that break the law where they are. We confirm the scope and the price directly with every client.

Our content

The words, design, images, logos and code of this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may share links and quote small parts with credit. Press materials on the media kit may be used to write about us. Client names and logos belong to those clients.

Links to other websites are there to help; we are not responsible for what those sites say or do.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be wrong, out of date or offline. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer where you live. Liability for a project is set out in that project’s agreement.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If something goes wrong, tell us first and we will try to put it right. Disputes that cannot be settled that way go to the courts of Thailand, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your own courts.

Changes

When these terms change in substance, the date at the top changes with it. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
