LINE OA

Your customers are already in LINE. Meet them there.

Almost every business in Thailand has a LINE Official Account. Most of them use it as a broadcast channel and nothing more — an auto-reply, a rich menu with four buttons, and a person copying orders into a spreadsheet by hand. We build the other kind: a LINE OA that takes the booking, processes the payment, checks the stock and updates the customer, without anyone leaving the chat. That means LIFF apps running inside LINE, a Messaging API bot behind them, and the integrations into whatever you already use to run the business.

~56M

LINE users in Thailand

Out of a population around 72 million. Your customers will not download your app — but they already have LINE open, and they will tap a rich menu. For most Thai consumer businesses a working LINE OA outperforms a mobile app that took three times as long to build.

What we build

The pieces

LIFF apps

Web apps that run inside LINE with the user already identified — booking, ordering, forms, account pages. No download, no sign-up, no password.

Messaging API bots

Webhook-driven conversations that actually do something: check availability, take an order, look up a delivery, then hand off to a human when it matters.

Rich menus and Flex Messages

Menus that change by customer segment, and message layouts that look designed rather than pasted. Both are API-driven, so marketing can change them without a developer.

LINE Login

Let people sign in to your website or app with their LINE account. One tap, no password to forget, and the profile arrives with it.

LINE Pay and checkout

Take payment inside the chat, with the order landing in the same system as everything else you sell.

Integration with what you run

The LINE OA is a front end. It is worth building only if it writes into your POS, CRM, ERP, booking system or Google Sheet — so that is the part we plan first.

Where it works

What people use it for

If one of these is roughly your situation, we have built the shape of it before.

Restaurants and cafés

Table booking and pre-order inside LINE, with the kitchen ticket printing automatically and a reminder message the morning of the reservation.

Clinics and salons

Appointment booking against real practitioner availability, automatic reminders that cut no-shows, and a treatment history the customer can see.

Retail and e-commerce

A LIFF storefront with LINE Pay checkout, plus order tracking that answers 'where is it' before anyone has to ask a human.

Property and automotive

Qualify an enquiry through a short conversation, book the viewing or test drive, and hand a warm lead to a salesperson with the answers already collected.

Loyalty and membership

Digital point cards and member tiers that live in LINE, where people will actually open them, rather than in an app they installed once.

Support at scale

Keyword routing and a bot that handles the repetitive eighty per cent, with a clean handover to a person for the rest.

Pricing

What it costs

Baht, because this is a Thailand service bought by Thai businesses. Excludes LINE's own plan fees and message charges, which you pay LINE directly. Ranges, not quotes — we will narrow them once we have seen what you already run.

Questions

The things people ask

What is a LIFF app, and why would I want one?

LIFF is LINE's framework for web apps that open inside the LINE app itself. The advantage over a normal website is that the user is already identified — you know who they are without a sign-up form — and the app can send messages back into the chat. In practice it is how you put booking, ordering or an account page in front of a customer who would never install your app.

Do we need a LINE OA if we already have a website and an app?

In Thailand, usually yes. A website has to be found and an app has to be installed; LINE is already open on the phone. The pattern that works is not replacing what you have but connecting it — the LINE OA becomes the channel customers actually use, writing into the same system your website and app already talk to.

Can the LINE OA connect to the system we already use?

That is normally the point. We have connected LINE OAs to booking systems, POS, CRMs, accounting tools and plain Google Sheets. If it has an API we can use it; if it does not, we will tell you what the workaround costs before you commit rather than after.

Who owns the LINE Official Account?

You do, and it is registered under your business from the start rather than transferred at the end. We work inside your account, and you keep the admin rights, the follower base and the message history whatever happens between us.

What does LINE itself charge?

Separately from us, and directly to you. LINE's plans are tiered by how many messages you broadcast each month, so the cost depends on your follower count and how often you message them. We will size the right plan during scoping so there is no surprise after launch.

Can you write the Thai content as well as build it?

Yes. The interface, the bot's replies and the broadcast copy are written in Thai by Thai speakers on the team. We build in English internally and ship in whatever language your customers use.
