Overview
Freight Bridge is a Denver-based freight dispatch and 3PL serving carriers and shippers across North America. The site has to speak to two audiences with opposite needs — an owner-operator looking for loads, and a shipper looking for a truck — so the quote form asks which you are first and then changes entirely: carriers are asked for equipment type, fleet size, home base, MC and DOT numbers; shippers are asked about the freight itself. We built the marketing site, the dual-path intake, and the separate carrier and shipper journeys behind it, including the SMS consent and compliance language the industry requires.
