What usually goes wrong
Lessons double-book
Two coaches, one bay, one spreadsheet. Booking against real availability — per coach, per bay, per branch — means a slot can only be taken once.
Progress lives in the coach's head
When a student changes coach or a coach leaves, the history goes with them. Progress logged against the student stays with the student.
Packages are tracked by hand
Who bought ten lessons, how many are left, when they expire. The system counts them down as they're used, so nobody has to.
Head office can't see the branches
Each site runs its own way and reports when somebody remembers. One platform with a view per branch and a view across all of them fixes that.

The things people ask
Does it have to be golf?
No. Golf is where we've shipped it, but the same system — coaches, bookings, packages, progress, branches — fits tennis, swimming, football academies, driving schools and most coaching businesses.
Do we need an app as well as a website?
Not always. Chaowarat has both because its students book every week. For many academies a website that works properly on a phone is the right first step, and the app can follow.
Do I have to get on a call to find out what it costs?
No. Tell us what you need on the estimate form or by email and we send back a written scope with one fixed price on it, usually the same day. The price does not move unless the scope does.
Who owns it when it's finished?
You do — the code, the design, the domain and the hosting accounts, from the first day. If you ever want to take it to another developer, everything they need is already yours.
What happens after it goes live?
We keep looking after it. Most agencies ship and disappear; we maintain what we build, fix what breaks and add what you need next, on a support plan or as separate pieces of work.
