Job Description

-Manage and organize daily office operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow. -Prepare, maintain, and organize company documents, contracts, quotations, and other administrative paperwork. -Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners. -Provide basic HR support, such as attendance tracking, leave management, and employee documentation. -Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist visitors with inquiries. -Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. -Previous experience in office administration or related roles is a plus. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Canva. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. -Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
